Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of purchase/replacement of products/defective products
The provisions of these regulations regarding: "Cancellation of purchase/exchange of products/damaged products" are in addition to the provisions that appear on the site under the "Exchanges, returns and cancellations of purchases" tab.
Cancel purchase
You can cancel a product order from the moment you place the order (cancellation on the spot) up to 14 business days from the moment you receive the shipment along with the purchase invoice. All subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations in our opinion.
Cancellation of an order will be made by telephone only and an explanation of the reason for the return will be provided. Cancellation of an order will be possible in accordance with the instructions below and in accordance with all laws.
A. Cancellation before shipment – Cancellation of an order before it is shipped by the company. Upon cancellation of the order, the money paid for it will be returned to the customer.
B. Cancellation after shipment – Cancellation of an order after the product has already been shipped, provided that the customer has returned the purchase by registered mail only to the company address specified in these regulations below, the product is closed in its original packaging, has not been used, the product is without damage and/or defect and has not been used. A product that has been returned and does not meet the above requirements will not entitle the customer to a refund and/or any other credit. In any cancellation, the customer will bear the cost of the shipping fees. The customer will only be credited after receiving the goods.
The credit will always be made under the same conditions under which the transaction was charged and the payment method used to make the transaction.
Credits from the credit card company – The credit will be transferred to the credit card used to place the order. 5% of the transaction value is non-refundable. The credit will be transferred to the buyer's credit card in accordance with the credit card company's schedules/
How is the exchange done?

Any product in the sale can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Products not on sale can be exchanged or returned within 7 business days.
No double deals for sale items
A product can be returned within 2 business days of receipt, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
A returned product will only be refunded if it has not been used, is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.
Self-pickup product must be collected within 10 days.
Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct card holders are only eligible to receive credit on the site.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of the item being returned, only to the credit card used to make the order. It will be processed under the same terms as the original transaction.
In the event of a refund, shipping fees will not be refunded.
