The website operator and/or the owners of the rights to the website, Jigaria and/or anyone on their behalf authorizes access to the website subject to the terms detailed below (hereinafter: “Terms of Use”).

The operator will not be responsible for the linked websites, and a link to any website should not be considered a recommendation of that website. User's Commitment The mere use of the site and the user's activity indicate the user's consent to all that is stated in the terms of use and his commitment to act or refrain from acting as follows: The user undertakes not to upload and/or transmit and/or distribute and/or publish information or other material that includes a virus or software that may damage the operator's computer systems and/or that may harm and/or limit and/or prevent others from using it, and not to make any commercial use of the information and/or falsify and/or change it and/or delete it and/or upload and/or publish any information that may be threatening, offensive, insulting, private and racist. The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate the operator for any damage, direct or indirect, and/or any expense incurred by the operator in connection with a claim and/or demand and/or damage resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of these terms of access. The operator reserves the exclusive right to immediately terminate the user's use of the site, at any time, if the user violates the terms of use and/or any law and/or provision. Otherwise and/or if the operator decides that the user has made unreasonable or inappropriate use of the site. In these cases, the operator will not be liable for any loss and/or expense and/or damage, including emotional distress, caused to the user. Absence of liability The operator will not be liable for any damage, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental due to access to the site, and its use or due to any prevention of access to or use of the site, for any reason whatsoever (including contractual and/or tortious). Use of the site is at the user's sole responsibility and it is clarified that the operator is not responsible for any information uploaded by external users.

The operator is not responsible for any damage, including due to "viruses" and/or malfunctions and/or software applications of any kind, to the user's computer equipment or any other property of the user, caused by accessing, browsing or using the site, including by downloading information from the site. Provision of details A user who provides his details on the site for the purpose of the operator answering his questions does so at his discretion and free will and without this imposing any obligation on the operator.

The operator may use the information provided by the user during his visit to the site, for the purpose of analyzing and providing statistical or other information to third parties, provided that such information does not personally identify the user.
The items displayed on the site are for sale until inventory runs out or until an earlier date, at the sole discretion of the operator. The operator does not guarantee that the items displayed on the site will be in the operator's inventory at any given time. The images and/or descriptions and/or designs of the items on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse to grant access to this website or any part thereof to any user at its sole discretion and without any prior notice. The Operator may assign its rights under these Terms of Use to any third party as it deems appropriate and without any obligation on the part of the Operator to publish the assignment, as aforesaid, on the website.

Product Warranty:
Responsibility for the quality of the drinks, with the exception of the cocktails produced by Jigria, offered for purchase on the site, applies to the manufacturers of the drinks.
The beverage manufacturers' data appears on the beverages and is their sole responsibility.
The Company may change and/or replace and/or remove, at any time and at its sole discretion, any of the drinks displayed in the list of drinks on the Site.
Limitation of Liability-
The sole responsibility for the products, their nature, quality and any information or representation made on the site regarding their essence, nature and quality, including the names of the manufacturers, the nature of the products, their properties, their images, information regarding them, etc., applies only to the manufacturers of the products.
The Company and/or the Site are not responsible for any damage, of any kind and type, direct or indirect, that may be caused, directly or indirectly, to the purchaser and/or any third party as a result of the purchase, supply and transportation of the beverages and/or products and their consumption, and in particular, the Company will not have any liability in connection with the following events, if any of which occur, the Company will be entitled to announce the cancellation of the purchase, in whole or in part:
A purchase made on the site that is caused by an act and/or omission and/or negligence and/or malice of the purchaser and/or any third party, including a purchase made using a credit card without the consent of its owner, a purchase made by a minor and/or an incompetent person without the consent of his guardian, an action performed on the site by any third party who enters the site and causes damage, an action performed by any third party using the purchaser's password on the site, and the like.
* An act and/or omission that is beyond the control of the business, including but not limited to – due to force majeure.
* Beverages purchased on the site and supplied to the company by a third party who is their manufacturer, all subject to applicable liability, if any, under any law.
* A communication failure resulting from an act and/or omission and/or negligence of any third party.
* If there are changes in tax rates and/or levies applicable to the beverages between the date the beverages are advertised for purchase and the scheduled delivery date according to the terms of purchase of the beverages.
Without prejudice to all of the above, in any case the Company will not bear any damages in excess of the consideration actually paid for the drinks ordered by the purchaser.
In the event of events beyond the control of the Company and/or arising from force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the Purchaser and/or anyone on his behalf.

The operator reserves the right to amend, add or change the terms of use of the site from time to time.

Product return policy: In the event of receiving a damaged/broken product, the operator undertakes to refund the user/customer their money or alternatively provide them with a replacement/new product, at the customer's choice, immediately upon receipt of the damaged/broken product at the company's offices, at the address on the website, within 7 business days.

The law and place of jurisdiction, the terms of use of the site, the regulations and any legal grounds arising from the use of the site, including the validity and interpretation of the terms of use, will be subject to Israeli law only, and the exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to the site and its use will be vested in the competent courts in the Jerusalem area.
