At Albertina, every item is carefully selected, professionally examined, and individually authenticated. Our collection consists of one-of-a-kind antique jewelry, vintage jewelry, and rare collectible pieces, each with its own history, character, and significance.
Nature of the Items
All items offered are authentic antique and/or vintage pieces that cannot be replaced. Natural signs of age and use are to be expected and are considered part of the item's authenticity and historical character rather than defects.
Placing an Order
We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a secure and satisfying purchasing experience. Our team is available to provide personal guidance, additional photographs, videos, and any further information required before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, an order may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item or from the date the transaction details were provided, whichever is later.
Exception for purchases Exceeeding 3,000 ILS : In accordance with applicable Israeli Law, the statutory right of cancellation does not apply to purchases of jewelry priced above 3,000 ILS. In such cases, any cancellation, return or exchange request may be accepted solely at the discretion of Albertina Antique jewely and subject to the conditions determined by the gallery.
Return Conditions
Returns will be accepted only if the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition, together with its original packaging and all accompanying documentation.
The gallery reserves the right to determine whether the returned item meets these conditions in full.
Refunds
A refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment, less any applicable cancellation fees, shipping charges, insurance costs, or other charges permitted by law.
Important Notice
Due to the unique nature of one-of-a-kind antique jewelry, exchanges are generally not possible. For this reason, customers are encouraged to make use of our personal consultation service before completing their purchase.

We undertake that every item offered by the gallery is an authentic antique and/or vintage piece, accurately described to the best of our professional knowledge and in accordance with the information available regarding its period, materials, manufacturing techniques, and historical style.
Our evaluations are based on extensive gemological expertise, historical research, and recognized professional standards relating to jewelry dating from the 18th century through the mid-20th century.
Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions of each item, including natural signs of age and wear, which form an integral part of the character and authenticity of antique jewelry.
Should a material discrepancy arise between the description and the item received, Albertina will act in accordance with the applicable Return Policy.
